Marcia Cross is going to help the British … eat more potatoes?
Marcia Cross — the woman who plays Martha Stewart-esque Breed Hodge on “Desperate Housewives” — is pushing the….potato? This is the weirdest ‘wives endorsement YET.
According to new.scotsman.com, Marcia’s going to spend three month promoting the British to eat more Rooster potatoes. Oddly enough, these potatoes have red skin and yellow insides. Sound familiar?

Danish Royals Welcome New Bishop of Copenhagen
Denmark’s Queen Margrethe, Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary attended the ceremony to welcome the new bishop of Copenhagen, Peter Skov-Jakobsen. The ceremony was held at the Copenhagen Cathedral yesterday. Bishop Skov-Jakobsen replaces Erik Norman Svendsen in the Copenhagen diocese of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Denmark. Queen Beatrix Reopens Building at Leiden University
Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands was at her alma mater, Leiden University, to officially reopen the renovated building. The university was established by Prince Willem of Orange in 1575. Upgraded To Snow Leopard Yet?
I’ve been itching to upgrade to my Mac OSX to Snow Leopard ever since Apple released the upgrade a few days ago.
You can’t imagine how many times I’ve stopped myself. I was soooo ready to input my credit card details and just click “Check out”. Until I realized that the delivery fee was almost 1/4 of the price. Yaiks. I’d rather trek all the way to an Apple center if that’s the case.

36th Annual Daytime Emmys: Kristen Storms
Is Kristen Storms concerned that she might find herself in the ladies room during the 36th Annual Daytime Emmys…without toilet paper?
