Beauty Beat: It’s Getting Hot In Here

One of my biggest battles in the summer is keeping my hair looking good; it is a constant fight with overproducing oil glands this time of year. One of the niftiest things I have found this summer is Peter Thomas Roth’s Instant Mineral SPF 30 – it is a powder with a brush applicator that you can put right in your hair to do double duty – this will keep your hair looking cool and breezy, and will prevent the sun from attacking your scalp (Sephora, $30). I am always about putting another layer of protection between me and the sun – and if I don’t have to wear a hot hat, all the better. If you have ever had a burnt and peeling scalp, you will appreciate this product so much. I love multi products – especially when I am constantly on the go in the summer!
