Can’t Feel Fabulous All The Time

Just finished my six month carotid artery ultrasound and unfortunately was booked with a new technician. She nearly shoved the ultrasound thingy through my neck. I swear I’m going to have bruises tomorrow. Some can be so gentle and then others leave you with an aching throat.

And if that wasn’t bad enough, I couldn’t get anything out of her. I can usually get them chatting so that they give a little away, but not this one. She merely told me that the results should be in 3-4 days from now. Hardly said a word throughout the entire procedure.

Now I have a major headache… Hopefully I will be back later with something more interesting that my carotid artery! ;)
