Fragrance expert, Sue Phillips, President of Scenterprises Ltd., is known internationally for her work in the fragrance industry. Phillips works with clients to help them develop a unique scent by mixing 18 different perfume blends. They can be used alone or layered with other blends.
Fun! I wish I was going to be able to attend. Instead I’ll daydream about my own blend….
