Finding Freedom with HairFree Brushes

Let me start off by saying that when I received my box of HairFree brushes, my skepticism was sky-high. In short, these brushes promise to not only be self-cleaning but also give you a sleek, smooth, styling – sans flat iron.

I muttered to myself all the way to the vanity.

But then I ended up being a bit surprised…

The brushes work by using ceramic coated plates and an adjustable knob that converts the brushes into vent brushes, letting air flow in to speed up the drying process. And while I can’t agree that it can REPLACE the hair dryer/flat iron process – it absolutely helps to speed it up. (And lets face it, the less time you spend with your hair getting heat damage, the better.)

Here’s a video from the site with a pretty great pictorial of what it can do.

I have to say, the aspect I most enjoyed was the self-cleaning part. I am the QUEEN of yuck-fest brushes littered with blonde hairs, for like days at a time. This is super-easy to clean! With the round styling brush, just pull the knob located on the handle. And for the flat one, just slide the lever forward.

The gross excess hair that has accumulated on the brushes is pushed to the top, where you can just pull it out, no fuss, no muss.

This may…possibly…allot me with a few precious minutes to tackle those dishes pile up…

I would LOVE to try this…I have REALLY thick hair and it dries quick, but this could POSSIBLY lessen my flat-iron time as well, we shall see!
