Gone But Not Forgotten.

Your favorite Estee Lauder lipstick. You go through multiple tubes of it each year. You just finished you last tube. You go to the Estee counter to purchase another. You find out that it is discontinued. Now what?

Instead of going through a custom matching service, you might just possibly be able to locate your favorite, can’t live without item. The Estee Lauder company has a program called Gone But Not Forgotten. All you do is give them a call, and an intense company wide search for your discontinued product will begin.

Our Gone But Not Forgotten team will search high and low for your discontinued product and, if we find it, you may purchase up to six pieces (depending upon availability). Please keep in mind, a search can only be done for products in a participating brand’s regular product line; searches cannot be initiated for seasonal or promotional products.

few months ago my foundation make up was discontinued called maximum coverage medium 05. tried one that was said to replace it called maximum coverage double wear.It’s not the same at all, it,s very drying on the skin, and shows wrinkles i never thought i had. can anyone tell me where i can purchase the original one or something even better. it,s very good for camouflage. thanks

I have tried the 800 number several times over a period of months and the hold times range from about 20 minutes to 50 minutes. I have never gotten through. I emailed Estee Lauder to see if you can order by email because with these hold times you will never get to place an order.

Hi,
I’m looking for Estee Lauder Verite Soothing Spray Toner. I know it is discontinued, but I am hoping I can find it somewhere. I have been completely out of it for several months and having a very difficult time finding a replacement. I have sensitive skin, plus adult acne and rosacea. This toner would balance my skin just enough so I would have minimal acne and redness from the rosacea. Everything I have been trying is either too drying, makes my conditions worse and/or makes my acne scarring worse. I use Cetaphil cleansers and moisturizers and Finacea for the rosacea. I am allergic to retinol and sensitive to fragrances and other things. If I am unable to find the Verite toner, I hoping to find a product that has the same or extremenly close to the ingredients of the Verite. Thank you so much for your help.
