It is not overly abrasive but has enough scrubbing action leaving my skin feeling smooth but not dry. And the price, well it is quite a deal. You also want to check out the Skin Nutrition Recovery Serum. I use it every morning and evening. I am in the sun quite a bit (I do wear 30 spf) and it really keeps my skin soft, smooth, and hydrated. Its one of my favorite things in my bathroom! It is also great to put on after using the face polish or any other microderm treatment. I use the face polish several times a week and love the results!
