I am always telling my daughter, that she is lucky to be tall. She is eleven years old, and 5′7″ already. She wears a size 11 women’s shoe.
Caci hates being called “a giant”, but she sure loves it when she dominates on the basketball court. We always tell her to use her height to her advantage, but I may be in trouble.
Being so tall, Caci looks much older then she is. And the boys are starting to notice her. My son is 15 years old, and I have noticed new friends of his wondering about her. He has warned them to stay away. If that doesn’t work, I am sure my husband will!
Here is a picture of Caci from her graduation this week. The second picture shows how tall she is out of a few students. Please take note in the picture that she is the youngest out of the four pictured.

I wonder how tall she will be, and when she will stop growing. The doctor said she has always been “off the charts” for her height since she was born.
Yup, I think I am in trouble. I am glad I only have the one girl with three boys, and it is not the other way around!

Thank you for you compliments to my daughter. I just wish she would feel great about being so tall! In time, I am sure she will definitely appreciate it!
Don’t worry about your daughter growing.
Tall is beautiful.
I am 6″(that is without my 4-5 inch heels)….and I love it.
Hopefully, she’ll stop growing and be just tall enough to actually fit the jeans/pants lengths that are standard. I’m actually quite short so I have problems finding pants/jeans that aren’t ridiculously long.
Congrats on her graduation.
btw – her hair is just gorgeous too.
Holy cr*P! That picture with her fellow students blows me away. I hate to be repetive but holy…
oh wow. she’s as tall as I am. i’m 30
. she’s beautiful.
Tell her all supermodels are tall and then both of you “chill out” . Some girls grow and grow and then stop at 16.
Pretty girl you have there!
