Eek! The Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus has charged Sephora with trademark infringement for their recent promotional campaign “The Greatest Gift Show on Earth.”
I will refrain from showing you their campaign, but you have probably seen it, and seen it in my silly Ode to Sephora recently.
Yeah, it is probably crossing the line, but leave them alone Ringling Brothers, please! Let them just drop that campaign and go on happily and beautifully as they were.
