Sally B.'s Skin Yummies Get Even Finishing Powder

I love it when I find one of those companies that are not mainstream, but have some incredibly awesome products that you can’t stop raving about. Sally B’s Skin Yummies Get Even Finishing Powder is one of those products. All I’m saying is that I’ve been using this Finishing Powder exclusively as my setting powder for a few weeks now–I put away La Mer The Powder folks. IT.IS.THAT.GOOD!

Get Even Finishing Powder is good for all skin tones as it applies translucent. Which is great because I seriously hate guessing which powder is going to work well with my skin tone–also it is summer and my skin is bound to get darker as the months go on, so a translucent powder is the perfect all around “color.”

I did notice that it seemed to have pale yellow undertones to it, which probably explains why it neutralized the redness in my skin so well. If you are like me with a ruddy skin tone or even rosecea, you may find that pairing Physicians Formula Mineral Concealer and Sally B’s Skin Yummies Get Even really help to minimize that redness.

While most times I complain about the sifters in mineral powder jars being too tiny to extract enough powder, Sally’s are actually pretty big. Maybe even a little too big as the space between the sifter and the cap fill up pretty quickly with powder and can make for a mess if you are not careful. Still, it’s a minor issue when compared to how well this product works.

A nice matte finish, even skin tone, a healthy glow–what more could a girl want? I love it and I guarantee that you will too.
