Check out the incredibly delicious celebrity hairstylist Ted Gibson working his finesse backstage at Vena Cava and Lela Rose shows at New York Fashion Week.

At the Vena Cava presentation, Ted created the perfect rock-chick ‘do to compliment the chic, silk frocks that were adorned with zippers and buckles. The finished look evoked glamour of the 80’s with a touch of grace and edge., much like the Vena Cava collection itself.

Ted collaborated with Lela Rose on her latest collection that evoked the look of an enchanted forest and all its magical creatures.

The mixing of textures is employed as a play on the idea of an insect’s exoskeleton and Ted created a textured ponytail, reminiscent of a grasshopper, with a center part with volume at the crown. He used Ted Gibson Build It Blow-drying Agent for volume and Tame It Shine Lotion for smoothness.  (All of Ted Gibson haircare products are available at target.com.)
