Annie and Cavewoman at BlogdorfGoodman were good beauty writers and went to see The Devil Wears Prada over the weekend. I wanted to, but Marshall isn’t having any of it, so we are set to go on Tuesday night without him. *sob*
Anyway, it seems that they love love loved the movie, although their list is strictly their likes – wonder what their dislikes were? According to Annie and Cavewoman one of their favorite things about the movie was:
The chain necklace Streep wore. Cavewoman and I sat up straight in our seats when it appeared on the screen. It was dazzling and worth coveting. It was the star of the movie.
Oh I can’t wait to check it out!! Have you seen it yet? Here is a review from the Vancouver Sun that rates it just about as I have seen it rated everywhere else – starts off great, then slows way down at the end. Regardless, I bet it is a hoot – Meryl Streep is hilarious in this type of role. And now it is making me think of Project Runway. 10 days and counting… ;)

No. Actually got a girls’ night out w/mom and sister-in-law. But I told him he will actually like it when he does see it. He likes chick flicks. :)

I love The Devil Wears Prada, it was sooo fab. I liked the chain necklace thing going on to… Meryl Streep, she’s SUCH a fantastic actor!
