Hi friends!
So, rather than give advice, I am here to ASK for it.
This Friday afternoon, I shall be visiting the very exclusive Ted Gibson salon for a new ‘do. While I am fully comfortable throwing my fate into their hands and going for something new and spontaneous – just in case I am asked what I want, I should have some thoughts.
So…what should I do? Anyone have any advice?
I am including some pix of me so you can offer educated feedback!

So Aly, Did you make the change? I want to see photo’s. When is your appointment? Well keep me posted.
there’s a link pix?
I think that hair sweeping across you brow would really highlight your big eyes. Long bangs or even just a low side part.
I love the style in the link pic and would cut it short similar to the photo. Believer it or not, a layered short cut often makes your hair look fuller. Good luck!
Like the fringe bangs of the link pic, but I think you should keep your length. The bangs will bring out your eyes.
Hey Aly, I cannot find your email address on your site, but would love to send you a press release about a major hair event I am doing in Dallas…we are expection about 350 people. I will be releasing my spring 2009 hair color collection, the rainbow collection. I would love to send you the press release, could you send me an email with your email address? I love your blogs…

Oh Aly, It always trick to find the perfect look. When looking for that fix of inspiration for the lifestyle make over, I find that choosing three great adjectives to help describe / reflect your personal statement. Start with what you want your hair to say about you. Then find all the photo’s that reflect your adjectives. Do not look for your type of face or hair type but what really represents the emotional attraction. Then look at the common thread of what it is that you find appealing. Your hairdresser should be able to help you build on this. Sometime we get hung up on the past experiences which lead us to build up walls of no’s.
What I can offer is that letting someone else tell what you should and not do, Can restrict you from really showing your true self. The hardest part about being a stylist is getting to know the clients personality to it’s fullest. As for first glance to your photo’s I would Soft the frame around your forehead, By creating more eye focus. Your hair seems Fine so i would be careful not to get too heavy of a fringe. Try blow drying your hair to the other side low. Maybe change your part. As for the length this all depends on your limitations. I found something daring for you that might work. I do like the fringe because it show cases her eyes and cheek bones. Let me know what you think.
