she and her longtime designer (i think) created that outfit. :p and it’s a 2 piece.
She does look great and may finally be getting used to the limelight. I love her hair bette this way than when it was longer. She also looks extremely fit.

I love the shoes, so unusual straps that make them different, but I feel there is something wrong with the dress, which I’m having trouble putting my finger on. It might be the mix of fabrics, though I keep thinking maybe the skirt is just a tad too long, or that the top bit should be slightly longer, a couple more rows of whatever it’s made out of (leather?).

Agreed! The dress is fabulous and, while I’d have to have a shoe that didn’t cut the leg off at the ankle, the shoes look great on her as well. :)
