Denny’s Asks: How Much Is Too Much Cheese?

…And I answer: there is no such thing as too much cheese. But if I have to prove it by eating their newest sandwich, I will.

The chain restaurant announced the launch of its Fried Cheese Melt this week, in which mozzerella sticks are put in the middle of a grilled cheese sandwich, allowing for double the cheese and double the fried goodness. The sandwich also happens to be on the restaurant’s value meal, meaning that you get all that cheese — in addition to the ripple fries — for only $4. Never again will I waste my money on expensive Los Angeles cuisine, because in truth, this is all I could ask for from a sandwich. To eat anything else would just be foolish.
