Stephanie Pratt, of The Hills fame as well as having the misfortune of being related to reality TV’s most disillusioned person Spencer Pratt, was seen doing some filming for the show in Los Angeles last month.
Stephanie looked adorable in a flirty little strapless mini-dress complete with ruffles along the bottom. I think there’s probably an age limit to wearing this type of dress without looking ridiculous (though I’m certainly not going to start throwing numbers out there!); it’s best suited for young adults. The good news is that it can be worn for a variety of occasions, from shopping to dining to partying.
