Video: Ke$ha Isn’t Not Funny

I admit that I went into this video more than a little skeptical, mostly because Ke$ha makes my eyes and ears bleed with her (exaggerated quotation marks) “music.” While the “singer” is no Tina Fey, she’s also not completely unbearable in thie Funny or Die video, that sort of mocks the dollar sign in her name. In it, Ke$ha attributes the spelling to a Happy Birthday sign at Sharkey’s gone horribly wrong.

Ke$ha has always struck me as very intelligent (apparently she was accepted to Barnard in the days before “Tik Tok”) and and very funny, actually. I happen to enjoy her music – it’s fun at a party or while on the treadmill – but every interview I read with her makes me like her more.

This was not funny at all. You know what is funny? Her concave butt. That is pretty funny.
