Heidi Klum had several of her fellow Angels in tow for the opening of the new flagship Victoria’s Secret store on Lexington Avenue in New York City last week. I guess the economy isn’t hurting Victoria’s Secret as the new store incorporates Art Deco elements with the store’s signature black and white decor. There’s a new bra boutique that will “revolutionize the way women shop for bras” and they even offer monogramming in case you need an adult way of writing your name in your underwear.
The Secret Notes Bar, exclusive to the Lexington Avenue boutique, will feature an area where clients can custom design scents for themselves. It boasts 25 Secret Notes, which can be worn alone, or layered with one or two other notes to create a signature scent. Fancy, but is this really want the clients want at this time? Folks are having trouble paying their mortgage. I’m not sure they want to dole out $60 for a scent that is comparable to one of the 293482934 scents the store already sells.
