You never know what you are going to find on the sales rack at higher end department stores. I’ve gotten some gorgeous handbags and other items recently by scouring the sales. And that goes for online too…when you are on the sites for Bergdorf Goodman, Barneys, Net-a-porter, Neiman Marcus or anywhere else, always click over to the Sales page. Getting designer goods at a discount is always a good feeling.

Recently, I found a really pretty ruffled blouse at Neiman Marcus. It was very similar to another one that is on sale right now. This ruffled neck blouse is marked down from $145 to just $36. It features a ruffled scoop neck and a tie at the waist. Everything about this top is just so pretty. Sizes are limited…they only have large and extra large left. Large is available in white or pink, while the XL is only available in white.
