It’s another episode recap of the U.S. version of How to Look Good Naked, hosted by Carson Kressely. Out of all of the makeover shows on television, I really like this one because it teaches the makeover recipients that beauty comes from the inside out, and a better lesson could not be taught when it comes to style. This episode follows Natasha and Juanita, a mother and daughter, who are both hung-up about their appearances, many of which are the same. After all, they share the same genes, so why not share the same complaints about their bodies?
