Well, it’s not Hugh Jackman per se who is wearing the “Canadian Tuxedo”. It’s more of his Wolverine character. What the hell is a “Canadian Tuxedo“? Well, let me show you.
“Canadian Tuxedo” is the denim on denim ensemble. It’s called a fashion faux pas in some parts of the world but whatever right? Now that I’ve stopped grinning from ear to ear after seeing these pictures of Hugh Jackman as Wolverine in all his denim glory I can honestly say that my family is looking forward to watching the movie, X-Men Origins: Wolverine’, in the theaters as soon as it comes out. How about you?
BTW, Wolverine was born in Canada. A little X-Men trivia for you :) .
FYI : Dexie works for a Canadian-based company so she’s going to hide now. (Please don’t fire me)

Actually, the fashion faux pas would be wearing a denim SHIRT with denim jeans. I mean, what else besides denim jeans would you wear with a denim jacket?

I told my wife about this and she laughed. “Canadian Tuxedo.” :-)

there is just something about Hugh Jackman that is soo hot. I love me some Wolverine. :)

Jyle, the subtitle in the film read “somewhere in Northern Alberta” … that would exclude Banff. Judging by the bar the scene opens in … I’d say Fort MacMurray or some “roughneck” town.
Dexie, a man can only dream right? Thanks.

Jyle, yup, you’re right :)
Tim, nope.

Yes he is, but are you Canadian Dexie?

Alberta to be more exact. At least that’s where he was when the first movie began with him. Just outside of Banff I think.
