Miss America: Countdown to the Crown already premiered?!

For whatever reason my local mall has marketing posted that says the show kicks off THIS Friday, January 9th! But apparently it started last Friday! I’m so bummed! Between this show, True Beauty and Diet Tribe I was all psyched up to have a zillion makeover shows on the brain 24/7.

I've skimmed through all of tomorrow and Friday's shows on Lifetime and it looks like they aren't showing the first episode again! Countdown to the Crown is only a four part series, which is kind of lame, but also kind of great, because how much Miss America mumbo jumbo can we take?

Check out all of the contestants on TLC's site, and track the progress of your home state's girl!

    I agree. Having just 4 episodes is not too short, but not too long. Enough time to see the girls and get a feel for them before the actual live pageant (and watch them attempt some road-rules like competitions, lol)
