To give the impression of length, look for narrow skirts that stop just above the knee (or a little shorter if that is your preferance). A pair of heels instantly adds to the illusion as well.
I doubt that anyone would know that I’m only 5′5″ tall. I would love to have been born somewhere around 5′8″, but that was passed onto my daughter.
