The Limited Edition Bridgeport Boat Shoes

The classic shoe brand Rockport and DJ Cassidy have collaborated to create this limited edition bridgeport boat shoes. And when I say limited, I mean, only 50 pairs were made AND, each shoe is numbered 1 to 50. How cool and limited is that? :)

The Limited Edition Bridgeport Boat Shoe by DJ Cassidy for Rockport

DJ Cassidy was inspired by his musical and fashion influences, RUN DMC and none other than King of Pop Michael Jackson. Numbering the shoes from 1 to 50 is actually a commemoration of each year that Michael Jackson lived. For Run DMC’s reference, a special elastic component is found under the shoe’ tongue making it comfortable without laces. The pink perforated leather, red canvas upper and black pinstripe details were drawn from Michael Jackson’s hit, “Billie Jean”.

Another detail for this Rockport Bridgeport Boat Shoes that I’m sure everyone would appreciate is the packaging. The shoes comes in a customized DJ Cassidy shoe box with pink tissue, red satin bow tie and a personalized card from DJ Cassidy himself. The limited edition of 50 pairs can be purchased at New York’s Blue & Cream this month of August.
