Earlier this week, I was perusing the $4 trash called Us Weekly and caught an item that might interest our readers. A few facts were distinguished from fiction, as Us Weekly gave us the skinny on season 5 of Project Runway.
- The show is definitely switching networks and will air on Lifetime once it hits the tube again.
- This season will be bi-coastal, with half of the series shooting in LA, and the other half in New York. The finale will remain in New York City for NY fashion week.
- Nina Garcia is staying with Project Runway, despite rumors, although she is going to Marie Claire magazine.
- New producers have been hired, as several of the old producers have been tapped by NBC Universal (Bravo’s parent company) to create new shows.
