I’ve been tagged by Kelly over at Gossip Girls to tell you seven ways I am like the Desperate Housewives characters. Okay, here we go!
1. Like Bree, I love to bake and am a tad bit OCD. If you make a delicious pie, I want the recipe so that I can try it (and maybe, just maybe, make it better than you – mwahahahah). Although I probably won’t break into your house to steal it…or would I?
2. Like Susan, I am a bit clumsy and can sometimes find myself in weird predicaments. No, I’ve never shown up to a party in black lingerie, but I have lost my passport down a train toilet. Yeah, don’t ask me to explain that one.
3. Like Lynette, I have a few kids running around the house who at times can drive me insane. Yes, I love them with every ounce of my being but they sure can be exhausting. I love this line from DH: Tom – “I just, I never thought you wanted a fifth kid.” Lynette: “I don’t, but I didn’t want the first four and they’re starting to grow on me.”
4. Like Gabrielle, I dabbled in modeling. I did some modeling when I was a teenager but was told I wasn’t tall enough. 
Gabrielle’s short and she’s awesome! So there.
5. Like Edie, I almost launched into a real estate career. I love everything about real estate and figured I could use some wit and charm to sell a few houses. Then I took a look at what it took to get your license and I freaked. So, now I blog and love it. Oh, and my husband is a realtor.
6. Like Julie, I have often helped people with their love life. Not my mom’s (thank goodness) but friends and a few relatives. I like to tell it like it is, but in a gentle sort of way. Oh and like Julie, my name is Julie.
7. Like Mary Alice Young, although I happen to be alive and she’s well, dead, I too look past my friends issues and love them for who they are. And also like Mary Alice, I would be the last person in the world that would shoot herself in the head, so Wisteria Lane thought anyway.
