Stars and royals graced the premiere of the movie ‘The Young Victoria’ at the Odeon Theater in London last night. Princess Beatrice, who has a small role as a lady-in-waiting, Princess Eugenie and their mom, Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, walked the red carpet. Only this red carpet was purple, in keeping with the royal theme.

The Duchess co-produced the film and, in fact, originated the idea of making a movie based on the romance of the young Queen Victoria and Prince Albert.

The royals donned their red-carpet best for the event. Princess Beatrice wore a gown by Alice Temperley; Princess Eugenie wore Temperley London paired with Jimmy Choo shoes; and The Duchess of York’s dress was by Dame Vivienne Westwood.

Obviously, I like and admire the Royal Family or I would not be on this site.

Nonetheless, it must be said by someone. The young princess’s are the worst dressed girls I know. All that money and no taste or sense of place. I know at leat one of them is quite intelligent but they look dumb and tart like.

The mother looks like a fallen woman as we used to say. Yes, that is old fashioned but so what. Some one should rescue these girls from their mother’s fashion sense. They should be reminded by someone that they are royals and some good taste is in order.

    One mans opinion.
