All the buzz is about who’s going to get snubbed this year when nominations come on Thursday, but as a show that’s regularly NOT snubbed, I think it’s safe to say “Desperate Housewives” will at least get a few nominations, don’t you?
The show took some MAJOR risks this season — and I feel like they paid off. That’s gotta be worth something. If you were to give it your own award, what would it be called?
Although I love this show deeply, and I will always support it, I don’t think it should be nominated because nothing really exciting happened this season. We had a lot of “lesson learning” plots that weren’t that juicy like typical DH. Plus, Jackson’s injury left a serious hole in the main plot line which had to be immediately filled with something else that worked but wasn’t necessarily fantastic and the acting was probably C+ on my list. The only one who really impresses me is Felicity Huffman. I think that even if it does get nominated, it most likely won’t win anything because let’s just face it, this Season was the worst.
