The next time we are in London we are staying at the Berkley hotel, the most fashionable hotel in the world! Why? Because they offer a tea that centers around new designer collections represented in pastry form. This is because they are amazing. No wonder fashionable types like Dior’s John Galliano, Naomi Campbell and Gwyneth Paltrow have all taken tea there. They change the menu from season to season, but right now, you can nibble on delicacies like Roger Vivier’s chocolate ‘over-the-knee’ boot biscuit with signature buckle and heart.
