After another day in the midst of the heat wave, we like to kick back and unwind with some collagen ice cream! We’d love to have you join us. No? You don’t like that flavor? What about sheep intestine flavored? Wow, you must be a really picky eater.

You guys don’t get out much.
This is an incomplete list of flavors a group of friends and myself have attempted in the past 22 years (There’s an annual ice cream social. We starting using liquid nitrogen over a decade ago. )

As an American transplanted to Scotland who loves haggis, I feel the intense, pedantic need to clarify what it is. It’s made with sheep’s heart, lungs, and liver, which are chopped up, mixed with spices and oats, and cooked in a sheep’s stomach (you don’t eat the stomach, though). No intestines harmed in the making of.
Basically, it’s chopped liver ice cream with some other offal added in.
That’s not to say that chopped liver ice cream is normal.
