Adriana Lima is obviously very fit and gorgeous. She’s also one of the sexiest women in the world according to the Maxim Hot 100 List.
So what does the supermodel do to stay in shape? She first shared what she tried to do to stay fit, but it wasn’t working. “I tried running, I took spin classes, I tried yoga. But I needed something to challenge me.”
After trying those activities and not enjoying them, Adriana turned to something that she loves and finds challenging all at the same time. She’s taken up boxing, just like fellow model Marissa Miller.
“It’s my favorite thing to do because it’s always exciting. It’s the best type of cardio that you can do. And you build up muscles without being too big.”
And to think I’ve been wasting my time on Pilates. I may have to look into this boxing thing, because it’s obviously working for Adriana!
