Sarah Ferguson partied with fellow celebrities at the grand opening of Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai. The Duchess of York wore a black floor-length gown, with a sparkly neckline and straps. She complemented it with a sheer black shawl/scarf, a leopard print clutch, and sparkly jewelry.
Here are some more photos of the duchess at the big party, which reportedly cost $20 million! The organizers didn’t scrimp on anything, including the fireworks which lit up the entire palm-shaped island (photos below).
