The Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles celebrated its 30th anniversary with a star-studded gala. So, of course there were models there. And people who love models. Oh yeah, and people who just look like models.
Like actress chloe Sevigny, who I love. Not just because she plays an entirely convincing shopping-addicted, uptight Mormon wife on Big Love, but because she is an amazing style icon. I think she single-leggedly brought back short shorts. Thanks, Chloe!
Italian model, actress, and heiress Margherita Missoni showed up wearing her family’s eponymous line head-to-toe. I mean, I guess I would, too, but…I don’t know. She looks a little boho-princessy with that headpiece. And I’m really not sure that more than one piece of clothing with fringe at a time is necessary. But what do I know? When my parents die, I’ll only inherit debt.
Um, WTF? How hard is Rachel concentrating in this picture? Seriously, I can feel her brainwaves, and they are saying, “Don’t fall down. Don’t look like you just ate six pills. Don’t…Oh Sh*t, I look f&%ked up, don’t I?” Take it easy on the pharmies, Rach.
Oh, look, here’s an example of the always surprising model-musician couple. Notice how much hotter she is than he. Doesn’t matter! Why? Because he can croon like a mofo. It’s like cryptonite for girls over 5′9″. Oh, yeah, in case you don’t know, that’s John Legend and model-actress, Christine Tiegen.
