Eva Longoria-Parker and husband Tony Parker have been building quite the estate in San Antonio, Texas. The home is believed to be valued at $7 million and the couple have built it from the ground up. They are still putting the finishing touches on their Mediterranean style home. I read somewhere that they have been doing everything they can to make this a very green home.
The estate sits on 2.3 acres and is in a very secluded gated community. They began construction on the home shortly after their wedding, which was a little over a year ago.
The home includes guest house, basketball court, tennis court, volleyball court, pool, and even a mini water park. Why would Eva and Tony enjoy a mini water park? Maybe it’s for the family they hope and plan on starting in the future.
The home has about 10,000 square feet of living space. It looks to me like this is a great place to raise a family. I’ve lived in San Antonio, Texas before, but in a little bit smaller house. 
I can’t wait to see little Eva and Tonys running around their property.

I also looked at properties in the Anaqua Springs Ranch community. The realtor I was working with is/was exclusive to the neighborhood. He informed me that Tony Parker has been trying to violate HOA Terms of Conditions because of his notoriety. Let me tell you, Tony, that you are no better than any of the rest of us millionaires in the San Antonio area. You play basketball, I watch basketball. If anything, that makes you my jester. Now just keep building that monstrosity up the road and stay within the HOA guidelines. Thank you.
I was actually looking at homes in the Anaqua Springs Gated community where Tony and Eva are building.Of course the homes I was looking at were not as pricey as their’s will be. Perhaps while walking my dog I may run into my new neighbors. Good Luck w/ your greening of your new home Tony and Eva. Hope to see you around.
