It has a tongue-twister of a name. Llwynywormwood. Now, it appears that it has gone batty too.

Prince Charles’ first home in Wales has been planned to be a property for eco-tourism.
The Prince intended to transform a farmhouse on the grounds of a ruined mansion in West Wales into a base in the Principality that would double as a guest house when he was not in residence. The Llwynywormwood property was also to be a beacon for sustainability.
Unfortunately, a colony of bats has put a stop to these plans by settling in an outhouse. Since the bats are protected by law, they can’t be simply removed or eradicated. Prince Charles, who has been recently named the UK’s most influential conservationist, will have to share his new eco-property with the creatures. That shouldn’t be too hard, as long as they don’t get in Camilla’s hair (shudder).
