As always, there’s a lot — and I mean a lot — of quick scenes in the 30-second promo for next Sunday’s episode. Let’s take a look at each one, shall we?
(A funny aside…ABC’s Web site has this short description for next week’s episode: “Susan comes up with a plan to help Katherine; Orson and Bree come to an agreement; a plane crashes on Wisteria Lane.” Oh, that’s all? Just a normal day in the ‘burbs. No biggie.)
1. “The most shocking episode of the year.” Ooooooohhh, that’s right. I totally forgot about THE EPISODE WE’VE ALL BEEN WAITING FOR.
2. Gaby slams the door in Lynette’s face. In this horrible, horrible exchange between Lynette and Carlos (and Tom and Gaby just by association), doesn’t Carlos re-have the upper hand for firing Lynette? What reason would Gaby have for slamming the door in Lynette’s face?
3. “We’re gonna have to have you wacked.” Angie says this to … it looks like Orson? My guess is this is a soundbite, nothing more, and she’s joking to whoever she’s talking to.
4. Orson hits Karl with a giant candy cane. We could surmise that this means Orson knows what’s up, what with Karl shtupping his wife an’all, but I don’t really care to. I just want to keep watching it over and over again.
5. “Oh, who’s dead now?” So asks Susan as sirens blare in the background. Gotta be a dark joke because of all the stranglings in the neighborhood, right? She’s going to be pretty shocked when she sees Katherine come out on a stretcher, all stabbed up.
6. “Is that plane flying really low?” Tom says, and then we see Angie running for her life. Can.Not.WAIT.
7. Quick view inside the cockpit. Who’s the blond head on the right? I’ve watched this a dozen times, paused it at the right moment. I’ll swear it’s Lynette. The hair looks a little too curly, but I’m thinking maybe she agreed to go to Miami after all, in an attempt to get her job back?
8. The actual crash. …doesn’t look that impressive. Sorta looks like the plane gets a bit of a bumping landing (obviously on the wrong runway) and then slides for a bit. Jus’ sayin’. We saw blood on the end of a knife in the most recent episode. We saw a woman shoot herself in the very first episode. We can handle a little more gore, DH gods!
9. A hero will rise out of the tragedy. This is the first I’m hearing of this. We’ve been speculating on who will die, who will be affected, etc., etc…but we haven’t thought about the slight “good” that could come out of this. Who’s the unlikely hero? Is Karl going to die a martyr, saving someone else? That’s my best bet. That he really haschanged — and that’s proven in the fact that he’ll give his own life to save Bree’s?

MONA UPDATE: She may actually survive… for a while. New spoilers show that Mona isn’t dead just yet which will worry Angie and prompt her “What If…” fantasy where Mona wakes up and reveals her secret resulting in Angie getting sentenced to life in prison. Of course, Mona will eventually die.
Mona’s death is like Sylvia’s death in the tornado. It was just created to make the death number higher! There is no question about it: Mona’s dead. That way she won’t be able to reveal Angie’s secrets. There is no point in keeping her alive.
It looks like the plane didn’t kill Mona, it wasn’t going to fast..It seems like it could possibly kill her, but I think it would have just paralyzed her from the waist down.
Oh and here’s my proof for Mona’s death. This new short promo briefly shows the plane, specifically the left wing, headed for Mona! (Or what appears to Mona based on the back of her head) This promo also makes the plane look a little bigger than i originally thought in the other, old promo.
Here’s the link to the promo; pause it at like 7 or 8 seconds to see Mona vs the plane:

Okay…
Here are my official predictions for who will die:
I heard 5 people (3 of whom are actual characters)will die. The 3 are characters on the lane who will die; one who everyone has a crush on and has been around since season one, one minor character living on the lane, and someone we’ve never met before. I think these people will die…
1. The pilot will die in the crash (something’s up with his blood pressure I heard)
2. The blonde is his wife who will also die.
3. Mona Clark (the big mouthed neighbor who’s Danny’s nurse at the hospital. Angie is talking to her when she says, “We’re gonna have to have you wacked.” And moments before Angie “runs for her life,” it is Mona who is in front of her and the plane, right before it actually hits the ground, hits and kills Mona! Therefore, whatever she knows about Angie’s secrets, like Danny’s real name, she will never be able to reveal since she’s dead!
4. One death was said to be someone we’ve never met. This may be one of Lynette’s unborn children. She is shown in an exclusive sneak peek running to grab Celia (Gaby’s daughter) and throw her out of the way from an approaching plane. This is also why Gaby is shown screaming and pushing her way through a crowd in promos. But when Lynette pounces on Celia, she falls and her unborn children’s lives are in danger. (This will also end the fighting plot line between Gaby and Lynette since Lynette saved her kid!
5. The death of the character who everyone has a crush on that’s been around since season 1 will be Karl. The plane headed for Wisteria is actually because of Karl. The plane will have a banner attached as Karl planes to use it to propose to Bree. But he didn’t plan for the plane to crash and kill 5 people, including himself! Orson will figure out about the affair, so Karl’s death may not be related to the crash, but to his duel with Orson.
But again, these are ALL MY PREDICTIONS. I’ve been a fan 4 years and always try 2 figure out who will die when episodes like these come around. im so DESPERATE to watch this episode to see if my predictions are correct!
Yeah, it’s definitely Mona Clark whom Angie says that to. Also, inside the cockpit are Dan Castellaneta and Caroline Aaron.
Does anyone know for sure if Lyndsy Fonseca will definitely return in this episode? ‘Cause her name hasn’t been featured in any official summaries, and she wasn’t seen in this promo nor in the sneak peeks.
.. seriously? that tiny little plane? you gotta be freakin’ kidding. i sincerely hope that’s a joke. what’s it gonna do, take out the swings on the playground?
Could Angie be talking to the nurse woman, who Danny said his name was Tyler to? Maybe she brings it up to Angie… That’s who my money is on!
i agree with max. this plane is pathetic. five people die in this accident, just by one flying belly shove?! marc cherry.. come onnnnn!!
OMG! I know who Angie said that to! Random chick from the hospital!
okay previous comment poster ! i know it looked small ! and it looked the same way to me too ! but the promo has no good quality ! and we can’t see it clearly ! it is kind of big ! and we’ll see
I think that Angie says “we’re gonna have to have you whacked” to Eddie while they’re still at the hospital.
Also I’m still very hopeful about this episode…hope it’ll be better than the 6×09 [which was the best of the season IMO]…and I hope that Angie will visit Katherine.
Can’t wait to see Lyndsy Fonseca as Dylan again!
I think that Angie Says “were gonna have to have you wacked”…To me it looks like Mona Clark, who is the nurse that is taking care of him, but also lives on wisteria lane. I think she tells her this because Danny told her his real name was Tyler? Just a thought.
That plan is ridicolous! OMG the moment it is showed makes me laugh. How can that little thing be a “threat”. It makes me laugh. Couldn’t it be a lil bigger at least?…..how can it cause a so big catastrophie??? Don’t understand. I hope this trailer is a joke.
