Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands was seen wearing glasses in public for the first time. The Dutch monarch attended the European Jump finals of the Young Riders on July 4, 2009.
For her new look, the Dutch monarch chose a rimless pair of glasses with a slight shade (or they might be transition lenses too).
