Spain's Princess Letizia had Nose Surgery

The Spanish Royal Palace has confirmed that Crown Princess Letizia had surgery to her nose just last week. The procedure, called a septorhinoplasty, was performed to correct a breathing problem caused by a deviated septum.

In layman’s terms, the septum is the wall between the left and right sides of one’s nose. One of the signs of a deviated septum is a crooked nose bridge, and/or nostrils of different sizes. During the operation, cartilage and bone in the septum are straightened, which results in improved breathing and a more even appearance of the nose.

I really think Princess Letizia is a charming and intelligent girl, so nice…Who cares about surgery? Everybody uses to do it nowadays.

yes, those are the rumors. We really won’t be hearing anything about those from the royal palace, so they’ll probably remain just rumors.
