Eva — along with Carmen Electra and Kim Kardashian — will be part of Billboard’s New Year’s Eve Live, on Dec. 31, live from Vegas.

Eva’ll bring viewers (um, I view. How do I sign up??) into grand opening of the new location of her restaurant, Beso, at 11 p.m. during the show, which airs on Fox.

And yes, there’ll be music — American Idol winner Kris Allen and Sean Kingston.

So, what is it? NYC in 10-degree weather to watch the ball drop? Or Vegas with Eva Longoria?
