Queen Elizabeth is apparently a very modern royal. She’s not just content to have been the first monarch to broadcast her Christmas speech as a podcast. She now has email!
The Telegraph reports that Her Majesty revealed that she has an email account during a garden party. Of course, she doesn’t actually write them herself – she dictates them to an assistant.
I expect that the email address will remain a secret. Writers Celia Walden and Nigel Bunyan ask what’s next – a royal blog? Now, that would be some worthwhile reading!

Recently a common unassuming man has provided such insperation to many around the world. His name is Paul Potts. Recently he won the talent contest “Britain’s got Talent.” I humbly request that he should be considered for Knighthood this December when he performs before you. Mr. Potts has reinstated my, and many others around the world a sense of awareness in the dignity of mankind. Thank you for your consideration in the prospect of Knighthood for Mr. Potts.
