And this one might be the actual truth. E!’s Ted Casablanca is reporting that he’s got an inside source on the show who says Drea de Matteo wasn’t at the cast’s recent table reading — because Angie wasn’t in the episode.
The source, perhaps mimicking the Bolens, followed that by saying “That ain’t good.”

Ted went on to bash the show. I’m not bitter.

I LOVE Angie….she has real character and brings a ‘normal’ tone to the neighborhood. Don’t care much for Nick, he can go anytime, but she’s a keeper.
I think that Bree’s behavior is out of character. Based on the previous 5 episodes, I do not think she would have fallen in love with a man of Karl’s character. Katherine’s unstable behavior is out of control. Something should have been done with her earlier this season. Perhaps Mike won’t go to jail because Katherine made the phone call before she stabbed herself. If Mike has stabbed her, I think there would have been blood on the phone or that the phone would have dropped into the blood on the floor. Also, it Mike did it, why didn’t he flee the area. I hope Orson does not attempt suicide and that his character remains in the show, but with more to do. I hope Julie gets a life. She hangs around, but is not in school, not working, not volunteering… I do not think this is realistic.
I hope Angie’s character remains on the show. I was shocked to see her at first because, initially, her DH character reminded me of the character she portrayed on “The Sopranos.” However, she has made the DH character her own, which I think is extremely hard to do after Sopranos, and I have grown to love seeing her character each week.
Lynette was wrong. Carlos was wrong. They need a mediator. However, Lynette was wrong for hiring an attorney too soon. She should have talked to Tom first, then waited at least 24 hours. Making decisions while angry creates suffering. After the papers were served, legally, Carlos’ options were limited. And Gabby should not have apologized to Lynette and brought gifts. Gabby did nothing wrong. Lynette lied because she was taken by surprise at the offer of the promotion and lying is not rare for her character. However, if she really valued her friendship with Gabby and Carlos she would have arranged a meeting for the three of them adn Tom and told the truth and asked Carlos to please allow her to retain the position while the group thought about strategies to help both Carlos and Lynette. It is never a good idea to ASSUME anything, especially when one is hiding the truth.
Looking forward to the next episode.
Jaz: I KNOW. I just write/obsess about DH. Ain’t gots not involvement over the ads. I’m sorry.
RenatoB: Good call! But this late in the season, it’s a little more than just her story not appearing in the episode, y’know? She HAS been in all 10 of the 10 episodes (counting this upcoming Sunday’s) so far. I don’t have a super great amount of love for her, or dislike. Sorta indifferent? Unlike TED, HOWEVER, I do think she’s in great company with the incredibly talented actors on the show that has had some low points, yes, but keeps proving it’s the biggest show of the decade.
You recently posted an article saying she would be in 20 out of the 23 episodes this season, so I’m guessing this episode she’s not in is one of the 3 she doesn’t appear in. Ted Casablanca is an a**, always dishing on the women of the lane.
omg these commercials on the side of your site make me crazy.
anyways i hope this isn’t true. i was really starting to love this one.
i saw in some future episode description it said “Angie decides to move her family out of wisteria lane” does that have something to do with this?
