It’s that time of year again when V Magazine and Ford Models joins forces to search for their next cover model and the next face of women’s fashion. It could be you or it could be that chick you’ve always been jealous of. Either way it’s an exciting contest and all you have to do is fill out an application online before December 23rd, 2009.
The prize (other then bragging rights) is a contract with Ford Models and a fashion spread in the spring issue of V. That’s enough to get anyone’s career kick started. So get off your less then fat ass and show off those cheekbones.
Meet Lea Groesland from Norway, the 2009 winner. She was thrown into the spotlight and has now been included on Models.com which is not something to pooh pooh (mainly because they are the encyclopedia for models, duh).
Let’s face it. She’s a babe.
I’ve included a video where they announce Lea as the winner! Just to give you an idea about what it’s all about. P.S. Alexander Wang was one of the judges = crucial.
Lea also landed her first runway gig for New York Fashion Week S/S 2010. I know you’re jealous.
