Since they were on vacation, the royals were very casual. But that’s not to say that they were not well dressed, especially Queen Rania!

Jordan’s Queen Rania, Princess Iman and King Abdullah II at the Paris premiere of Quantum of Solace at UGC Normandie on October 30, 2008.

The worldwide premieres of the new 007 movie ‘Quantum of Solace” were not only attended by Princes William and Harry, but also Jordan’s royal couple.

King Abdullah and Queen Rania walked the red carpet at at the UGC Normandie in Paris, France on October 30, 2008. They were with their eldest daughter, 12-year-old Princess Iman. We don’t see Princess Iman often so this is a real treat!

Princess Iman looked a little shy on the red carpet, but she looked lovely in a champagne-colored dress and white cardigan. Queen Rania, as usual, was stunning in a salmon-hued sleeveless number.

The Jordanian royals met Daniel Craig, who plays James Bond of course, Bond girl Olga Kurylenko and Mathieu Amalric.

Jordan’s King Abdullah II and Queen Rania were in Madrid, Spain on an official visit on October 18-19, 2008. They were met by Spain’s monarch King Juan Carlos and Queen Sofia at the Barajas airport. King Abdullah and Queen Rania were joined by Prince Hamza and Princess Noor.

The royals then enjoyed an evening dinner at the Zarzuela Palace, which Spain’s Crown Prince Felipe and Crown Princess Letizia also attended.

King Abdullah and Queen Rania will proceed to Chile on a state visit and then to other Latin American countries.

Saudi Arabia’s King Abdullah is in Madrid, Spain to attend an international conference seeking to promote communication among the world’s major religions. He was met at the airport today, July 15, 2008, by Spain’s King Juan Carlos.

A gala dinner was held at the Royal Palace in honor of the visiting king.

The conference, World Conference on Dialogue, is organized by the Muslim World League. It will begin tomorrow, July 16, 2008 and end on July 18, 2008. It was initiated by King Abdullah, who, along with King Juan Carlos, will speak at the opening ceremony. Representatives of Islam, Christianity, Judaism and Buddhism will attend.
